This Privacy Policy describes how Visualize AI ("we", "our", "the app") handles your personal information when you use our mobile application.

Who we are

Visualize AI is operated by HOMESHOPPER AI INC., a corporation registered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

What information we collect

When you create an account and use Visualize AI, we collect the following information:

Account information

• Email address (used for authentication and account identification)
• Authentication metadata (sign-in provider, last sign-in timestamp)

Photos and design inputs

• Photos you upload when generating an AI design
• Design preferences you select (room type, style, prompts)
• Generated output images returned by our AI processing service

Purchase information

• Subscription and in-app purchase records, processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat
• Credit balance and transaction history

Diagnostic information

• Crash reports and performance data (collected via Sentry, with personally identifiable information automatically scrubbed)
• Service usage metadata (which features you use, generation timestamps)

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and operate the AI design generation features of the app
• Maintain your account and credit balance
• Process subscription payments and in-app purchases
• Diagnose crashes and improve app performance
• Communicate with you about your account or service issues
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Third parties who receive your information

To provide the app's features, we share specific information with the following third parties:

Google LLC (Gemini AI service)

• What is shared: the photo you upload, design style/preferences you select, and any prompt text
• Why: to generate the AI-redesigned image
• What Google does with it: Google processes your input to generate the redesigned image and returns it. Under Google's Gemini API terms, data submitted via paid API usage is not used to train Google's foundation models. Google's general handling of API data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google's location: Mountain View, California, USA

Google Firebase (authentication)

• What is shared: your email address and authentication tokens
• Why: to authenticate you and manage your account
• Google's Firebase data handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy Information.

Amazon Web Services (S3 storage)

• What is shared: uploaded photos and generated outputs (stored as encrypted objects)
• Why: to retain your designs so you can view them in your in-app history
• AWS data handling is governed by the AWS Privacy Notice.

RevenueCat (subscription management)

• What is shared: your account identifier, subscription status, and purchase events
• Why: to manage subscription billing and entitlement state
• RevenueCat data handling is governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Sentry (crash reporting)

• What is shared: crash reports and error events with personally identifiable information automatically removed (photos, prompts, emails, and IP addresses are scrubbed before transmission)
• Why: to diagnose technical issues and improve app reliability
• Sentry data handling is governed by Sentry's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your information

We retain your photos, generated outputs, and account data while your account is active. Photos and generated outputs remain accessible to you through the in-app history feature.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

• Through the in-app "Request Data Deletion" option in your account settings
• Through our web deletion form at https://staging-api.visualizeai.pro/account/delete
• By emailing hello@visualizeai.pro from your account email address

We will process account deletion requests within 60 days, removing your personal data including photos, generated outputs, and account information from our systems. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytical purposes.

For technical reasons, complete removal from backup systems may take up to an additional 30 days.

Children's privacy

Visualize AI is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us at hello@visualizeai.pro and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We protect your information using industry-standard security practices:

• Data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS
• Stored data is encrypted at rest in our cloud storage
• Access to user data within our infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel
• We use security-focused HTTP headers (Strict-Transport-Security, Content-Security-Policy, and others) to protect against common web vulnerabilities

No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to correction: request that we correct inaccurate data
• Right to deletion: request that we delete your data
• Right to data portability: request your data in a portable format
• Right to object: object to certain uses of your data
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to specific data processing activities

International data transfers

We are based in Canada. The third-party service providers we use are located primarily in the United States. By using Visualize AI, you understand that your data may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in countries outside your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email to your account.
